All works sent from 25 June 2001 - 30 June 2002
are eligible for nomination.

Nomination Period: 5 August - 31 October 2002

NOMINATION GUIDELINES

(1) All nominations should be sent to
    [yuaff-awards@yahoogroups.com]
    Nominations sent to YUAFFML will
    NOT be accepted.

(2) Send only one nomination per email. Messages
    with more than one nomination will NOT
    be accepted.

(3) On the subject line, place a [nomination]
    tag and the category of the work you will
    nominate.

    [nomination] <category>

    e.g. [nomination] Best Song/Video Fiction

(4) On the body of the message, supply the
    following information.

    Category: <insert category>
    Title: <insert title of nominated work>
    Author: <insert name *and* email address
            of author of nominated work>
    Nominated By: <insert name *and* email
    address of person who nominated the work>

    e.g. Category: Best Song/Video Fiction
           Title: Thank You, Love
           Author: Kobayakawa Miyuki
                   [honda_today@bokutoups.go.jp]
           Nominated By: Tsujimoto Natsumi
                         [iloveshouji@bokutoups.go.jp]
